Resumo: (Permacultura)
We produce environmental programs and educate schools and adult groups in permaculture methodology, natural and traditional farming, natural composting, botanology studies and natural remedies, DIY crafts and arts, through a holistic approach, based in democratic education and experiential environmental education.

We aim to create A School in Nature, where the young generation, through working, observing and living in
coordination with nature and the values coming out of a natural way of life, will enhance their green leader skills for a sustainable and hopeful future.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are seeking for eco-warriors

Tarefas: SCHOOL IN NATURE
- assisting in the educational programs with schools, institutions & groups of various ages
- making graphs and videos regarding the educational programs running at the farm
- creating small recycling arts and crafts projects and creating educational workshops on these thematics
- assisting in the creation of school gardens and community gardens maintained by our cooperative
- working with people with disabilities on gardens’ maintenance
- creating street campaigns regarding the various workshops on permaculture natural food, wellbeing and cosmetics products.
- Re:Think – upcycle products that we are running in the farm.

COMMUNITY COMPOST NETWORK
- maintaining natural seasonable & botanical gardens & the natural orange cultivation
- collecting – processing – cleaning – categorizing – identifing various tradiitonal seeds
- harvesting & packaging seasonable vegetables, fruits & herbs
- designing and creating new permagardens for the farm and the community
- producimg natural remedies for the preservation & cure of cultivations
- keeping a digital diary of the whole planting and breeding process via observation documentation, photo-shooting and photo-processing
- soil analysis and treatment for a higher quality microbiome of new garden
- composting in various ways & types, creating & using worm farms as agricultural & educational tool
- weeding, transplanting, seedilng, cutting grass, planting new trees, mulching, collecting herbs, harnessing seeds;

SEED BANK & SEED KEEPERS ALLIANCE
- Planting seed plants from a big variety of heirloom seeds and monitor their growth
- Creating and maintaining natural seasonable & botanical gardens at the farm, experimenting with in situ and ex situ seed conservation methods
- Keeping a digital diary of the whole planting and breeding process, creating and categorizing seedbank photo albums
- Promoting, creating and organising awareness campaigns on the Seed Bank and the Local Seed Exchange Fest
- Co-organising and co-facilitating the environmental educational
programmes of educational seed banks at school communities
- Actively participating in the development and expansion of the SeedKeepers Alliance network
- Monitor the seed germination percentage
- Check the set of acceptable standards for international seed banks

PERMACULTURE & REGENERATIVE FARMING
- Collect, preserve, clean, categorize, identify the 100 diffrent herb varieties
- Assist in the production of natural remedies and ointments for the needs of the farm, but also for the needs of
the various health and welness workshops
- Produce herbal essence products and aquiring essential skills on the self
- management of health and natural welness

THE VENUE
- Restorating old agricultural machines and tools
- Creating explenatory visual materials that will describe the use of each tool and machine based on old recovered data from the farm.
- Upgrading the current infrastructure and creating new for the outdoor exibition of the renovated tools and machine
