Resumo: Individual approach to each child - enabling the child to develop at his or her own pace and with the support of his or her strengths. Individual plan for each child. Thematically planned activities
according to the interests and needs of children, creative projects. Integrating individual goals into the usual daily
activities and into the overall weekly plan.
Supporting children's healthy selfconfidence step by step confidence and building harmonious relationships. Emphasis on independent decision-making, own choices and acceptance of responsibility.

Family participation - parents actively participating in the educational activities throughout the day. Space for co-decision and mutual responsibility. Good partnerships between the family and school team.
Choosing future students and their parents according to their harmony with the main ideas of the program and the methods of our work.

Inclusion of children with special educational needs - conditions for inclusive education. Teachers' education, professional seminars, cooperation with a neurologist, pediatrician, psychologist, rehabilitation center.
