Resumo: The organization is a non-governmental organization of Poland, from region, working on local, regional and international level. We actively participate in development of our region and promote the civil and social activity among inhabitants. We act to promote the intercultural exchange and dialog between different cultures and people from different cultural and social ground.

Our target groups are: mainly kids and youth, but also their parents, teachers, youht workers, youth leaders and also seniors.
We cooperate very close with: local house of culture, local Kindergarden, Primary and Secondary School, Hospice Foundation of Oncology in our community and other public institutions like also with a lot of other institutions and NGO's from our region.
Main aims of our activities are: creation of conditions for the international understanding, rising the public and social involvement, dissemination of the idea of national and international voluntary service, promotion of the cultural diversity, active work in ecology and environmental protection sector, taking actions against unemployment and social exclusion. Furthermore we want to promote active leisure time and healthy lifestyle. We want to contribute to the development of openness and tolerance among people of our community, especially the young and children, but also between different generations.
Our regular activities are:
- educational activities for kids and youth in fields of non-formal education, global education, active citizienship, youth participation in democracy, sustainable development, environmental and ecological education,
- preparing, sending, hosting and accompanying volunteers and trainees in different local institutions, supporting idea of volunteering in local enviroment,
- organizing international youth exchanges, international summer work camps, workshops for youth leader;
- animation of the cultural live by preparing trainings, educational-seminars, cultural parties;
- activities in field of heritage protection (like for instance renovation works on old Jewish or German cemeteries in our region);
- organizing free time activities for kids and youngsters (in form of summer camps, leisure-time-activity with sport, circus and theatre methods etc.);
- support of other local NGO's.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We need volunteers who are ready for life in country side, in simply living conditions, but enjoying all the nature around, forest, lakes etc. Its need that the candidate likes to work with kids, is communicative and creative.

Tarefas: Ecological education and intercultural learning. Main target groups are kids and youngsters in our local community. We offer following tasks:
- organizing/ or supporting activities and workshops for kids in kindergarden and youngsters in primary school and high school.
- organization of outdoor activities for children (in summer camps, forest activities or on playground, animation of cultural weeks during holidays);
- Conducting workshops in therapy center for disabled people.
- leading activities for kids and teenagers from ukrainian refugees
- Supporting our activities promoting reducing waste, awarness of ecological foodprint in every day life, theatre performances etc

Condições: Volunteers will live in a small traditional wooden house, each volunteer has separate room and can use shared bathroom and kitchen. Volunteers need to learn how to make fire in the oven to heat the house and the water. For local transportation we offer bikes. The nearest city (40 km far) can reached by bus. Volunteers should be ready to live in small town in rural area.
