Resumo: The organization focuses on teenagers and youthdevelopment.
Our mission is to use non-formal education as acomplementary method to the formal educational system for young people. We want to create the premises for a better development of the youngpeople and their more suited integration withintheir respective communities. We want to make young people aware that they actively belong to their local and national culture.

The youth centre will be the base of operations for all projects taking place in the rural community village. The beautiful surroundings and the mountain landscape will provide an excellent environment for building trust, tolerance and understanding and will create great personal development opportunities.

The first and the only Mobile Youth Centre in Romania - is waiting for a team of 6 volunteers to embark on a journey to bring youth work closer to young people living in far and isolated communities.
It is a 10 months volunteering service in which 6 volunteers will get ready to bring nonformal learning and personal development opportunities to youngsters that cannot reach our youth centres dueto high distances, lack of means of transport or economical obstacles.
After a period of training, the volunteers will plan and implement activities, by working in teams 3people and going in the area around

Perfil: - aged 18-30
- motivation for international volunteering
- strong motivation to work and live in a rural area
- availability and motivation for a 10 moths mobility
- strong interest in learning a different European language
- motivation in developing new competencies and learning about community development
- having at least basic English communication skills, spoken and written
- having a drivers license for at least 3 years is a strong point
- motivation to learn about youthwork and work with young people and children in villages

Tarefas: This is first and the only Mobile Youth Centre in Romania. This project takes the experience with Mobile Youth Centre one step further and builds on previous experiences in which the mobile youth center went already around in the area, brought games, competitions, workshops, cinema nights to youngsters and children that did not even dream that they could do something like this, close to their homes. After a period of training, the volunteers will plan and implement activities, by working in teams 3 people and going in the area around.
