Resumo: To contribute to the sustainable development of the community by finding innovative solutions in valuation of heritage, promotion of volunteerism, cross-sectoral cooperation and the development of social entrepreneurship.

We are swimming towards these seas of knowledge...
- Nature and enviroment conservation.
There is a great teacher, if we can understand him: it is a nature (Kleist) Therefore we educate our target groups about natural processes and interrelations in nature, particularly those related to the biology and ecology of the sea.

- Historical and cultural heritage.
Healthy and preserved environment is the greatest chance of development of areas in which we operate. We want to encourage healthy lifestyle and help our target groups in making personal, business and public decision in accordance with the preservation of the environment.

- Sustainable development promotion.
Our favorite definition of sustainable development is: Sustainable development is US!. By educating and informing the local population we encourage civic activism.

- Children and youth.
We offer them a stimulating environment for the development of values such as: respect for nature, love for the homeland, respect for diversity and intercultural exchange.

- Murter island and kornati islands.
The natural and cultural heritage of our region is an inexhaustible source of inspiration for the entire work of the Association.

- Loc. Reg. Nat. Internat.
In order to multiply the results of the Association, we encourage cooperation and build partnerships at all levels.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
✔️readiness for physical activity
✔️ high motivation for the protection of cultural and natural heritage and the discovery and nurturing of tradition ✔️ knowledge of basic English;
✔️ willing to improve/develop personal and communication skills;
✔️ interest and enthusiasm in acquiring different new skills;
✔️ interest and enthusiasm in nature and environmental issues;
✔️ interest and enthusiasm in community development issues;
✔️ interest and enthusiasm in creating media materials;
✔️ flexible and creative

Tarefas: To make this project happen, we are in search of volunteers from all around Europe to join and take part in it. Their knowledge, firstly of the archeological heritage from antiquity that we share in Europe, sustainable development of cultural and natural sites, community development and local culture will be broadened by:
- learning to appreciate and learning to respect the sources that we have and share in Europe and beyond,
- enriching their intercultural experience
- they will have a chance to live and work with a group of young people coming from different social, economic, political, cultural or religious background on a topic of common interest.
- having a chance to experience a new national culture (Croatian) and new local culture and to accept values such as social inclusion, equal opportunities, active citizenship, solidarity, and tolerance.
- improving their skills and competencies for personal, educational, social, civic, cultural

Condições: You will be accommodated in an apartment house. House will have kitchens, rooms, living rooms and bathrooms. There is a Wi-Fi connection in the house and supermarket close by, open from 8:00 to 21:00. You will recieve the food money each week for previous week, starting 3rd of October. You will cook for yourselves; as the house where you will be living has few kitchens. Also, You will receive the whole amount of pocket money in HRK. This should be sufficient for you to live on (so there is no need for you to change large amounts of money in HRK.
