Resumo: The hosting organization was created in the beginning of the 1980’s by unions and has today 34 member associations.
The organization arranges lectures and courses in collaboration with the member associations, but also with other associations, organisations and authorities.
The organization organizes and develops the possibilities for study circles.

The organization wants to:
- promote democratic development by creating study and debating possibilities for all the community and the issues regarding the autonomy
- create possibilities for everyone to educate themselves within different issues and areas
- educate the affiliated organisations’ members and others to prepare them for tasks within associations and the society
- arrange cultural events according to the wishes of the members
- the organization is led by a board and has a director who is hired at 55% of full time.
The organization has an office where we have access to a meeting locale for courses and lectures. The membership associations have access to some material storage depending on the need.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for socially and open minded persons. You should be able to work independently and in collaboration with others. Age from 20 years old and speak relatively good English.
We want you to contribute with curiosity, interest and commitment to other people, especially young people and be an active part in activities, camps and projects. You should have a solidarity perspective in your volunteering.
You have to have an interest in nature and outdoor. You have to be able to go by bicycle. You have to have knowledge or want to learn about social media.

Tarefas: Volunteers are given the opportunity to contribute to our members associations assignments. The tasks is based on the associations current needs and the volunteers interest and skills.
The associations are active in the sustainability work in different areas such as inclusion people with lesser possibilities, environmental work such as recycling, which the volunteers make an active contribution to in different ways.
The work is based on learning by doing and solidarity spirit where everyone can make an effort and at the same time get a chance to learn new and develop theme selves.
The volunteers work is to help the organizations with practical everyday tasks such as cleaning, small repairs, cooking, serving, gardening, marketing in social media, recycling, technical support and also with special projects and activities at youth camps. The volunteers will get to know the town, its nature, culture and people by making a joint effort in the third sector.

Condições: The volunteers have their one room in a shared apartment (kitchen and bathroom). They mainly take care of food themselves and make a lunch box to the workplace. The apartment have wifi and i situated in the city center. When they participate in camps and activities were food is served they like other participants, get food and can also take care of leftovers for their own part. Transport is daily done by bicycle and sometimes with public transports and when its needed privat cars
