Resumo: (Team volunteering project - Art street festival)
The idea is to bring together a group of young people from different countries that, through this ESC project, will help with the promotion and implementation of the Kalamata Street Festival. The activities of this project are structured in a way as to facilitate the learning outcomes and the skills development of the volunteers. The methods used will be based on experiential learning and skills exchange.
The participants will be able to suggest and implement their own activities, using elements from their own cultures and backgrounds, thIs promoting the importance of cultural diversity in Europe and developing their organisational and project management skills.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We need people who know how to use the digital tools, how to take pictures/video and to make an amazing video after!!
We need people who have a good writing 'hand' for articles!!
We need people to do the hard job!!
We need people to organize activities for kids!!
We need energetic people to organize their own special activities (dance choreography, music, food, painting..!!)
We need people who are going to create an amazing Street Festival!!!!

Tarefas: - Participate and create promotional activities for the festival
- Prepare the materials
- Assist in the transfer and building of the material and constructions of the festival
- Propose and prepare activities during the festival
- Clean and prepare the area of the festival
- Organize their own parallel activities and workshops for adults and children
- Create or participate in local activities at the village which hosts the festival
- Create video and pictures materials during the festival
- Create and maintain the blog of the project
- assist organizers in various tasks
- share different responsibilities during the festival

Horário: 14/07: Arrival Day
15,16/07: On Arrival Training
17,18/07: Working on the promotion / Promoting
19,20/07: make the camping area
21/07: Promoting/ move from the hotel to the camping
22-28/07: Setting up the Festival
29-31/07: Street Festival
01,02/08: Select the materials- storage everything - clean the area - picking up the tents
03,04/08: Evaluation Day - Youthpass - Party
05/08: Departure Day

You will receive 125 EUR for the pocket money for the whole period

Travel costs are covering your trip to Kalamata and back home (flight, busses, trains) up to 275EUR for all the countries except Portugal and Spain which is up to 360EUR

What to bring
- A sleeping bag, towels and bed linen.
- Light clothes and outdoor/working clothes!
- Swimming suit and a strong sun cream!
- Your laptop & camera!
- If you are a student, your student card!
