Resumo: (Volunteering Teams in High Priority Areas - Centre for all)
INEX - Association for Voluntary Activities (aka INEX-SDA)INEX – Association for voluntary activities is a non-governmental not-for-profit organisation founded in 1991 to carry out and support international voluntary work and intercultural education. By organising international voluntary projects, educational programs and campaigns we aim at:

1. assisting the development of a tolerant and open society and 2. encouraging an active and responsible approach to the world around us both locally and globally.INEX-SDA Prague main activities include:1. Sending Czech volunteers abroad to short term international voluntary projects (called workcamps) and mid and long term voluntary projects (about 700 per year);

2. Hosting volunteers of our partner organisations from abroad (about 320) and the Czech Republic at 30 - 35 short term workcamps and long term voluntary projects organised in the Czech Republic;

3. Sending Czech volunteers to short and long term EVS projects abroad (about 25 people per year) and hosting 2 EVS volunteers in our office;

4. Preparing and running projects in the field of Global Education (GLEN, Football for Development, Project - Upgrade you and your surroundings);

5. Promotion of volunteering (at conferences, networks, publishing materials);

6. Organizing and hosting seminars and trainings related to the theme of volunteering and global education (training for workcamp leaders, training for trainers, evaluation meetings for volunteers, seminars on Global Education issues, preparatory seminars for volunteers to Global South countries);

7. Running Volunteer Club (DoK) which provides space for volunteers to put their idea into practice and create their own projects.In general our projects are open to all people interested to take part, even though certain requirements might be given by a partner or funder of specific program or project. Most of volunteers and participants in our projects are people between 18-26 years old but we are open to all age groups.NetworksINEX-SDA is member of Alliance of European Voluntary Service Organisations (Alliance) and Co-ordinating Committee for International Voluntary Service (CCIVS). Partner organisation of Service Civil International (SCI). Since 2006 works as a hosting and sending organisation within the frame of the program of European Voluntary Service. Since 2001 is a member of Czech Council of Children and Youth. Since 2002 is a member of Czech Forum of Development Co-operation (FoRS).

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for motivated volunteers, who have a sense of empathy and who are patient. Who are good at communicating and that are not afraid of the bareer language. Please bear in mind that some of the volunteers might not be able to speak English. This workcamp is especially suitable for volunteers who are interested in working with disabled people - in particular people with mental health condition (autism).

All the volunteers will be asked to send a medical certificate stating that they are fit to work with children and a sworn declaration of nonexistence of any criminal record. Alcohol consumption and smoking is allowed for 18+ volunteers only under specific conditions and after the agreement with the local partner.

Tarefas: This project takes place in the town of Nymburk and in a small village of Jizbice (Central Bohemia region) in cooperation with the local NGO Center for All. Center for All celebrates this year 17 years of organizing free time activities and summer camps for children and youth with and without disabilities. The activities take place in a reconstructed barn with a beautiful garden in Jizbice and in the headquarters of the organization in Nymburk. The aim of the workcamp is to help Center for All to prepare and run a summer camp for people with or without disabilities. A motivation letter sent with the application form is required.

Condições: Before and after the camp In Nymburk you will stay in the scouts’ center Tortuga (Center for All headquarters) – in rooms on mattresses in your own sleeping bag. There are 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a big garden. You will prepare your own meals as a group. During the camp in Jizbice, you will sleep on the mattresses in big tents in the garden. There is a bathroom with toilets and showers at the campsite. You will eat together with the participants and the organizers, all meals will be provided by the local partner. Bring a sleeping bag, a sleeping mat and a torch. Wifi available
