Resumo: The activity centre is a social center open to the whole population. This facility offers a welcome, activities and services with a social purpose. It is also a place for meetingsand exchanges between generations.
Finally, it encourages the development of family and social ties

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: ·To provide social support to all the people who use the activity centre through various activities such as sport, culture, etc.
·To enable cultural discovery, particularly around Europe,
·To develop environmental education actions for the different public in order to raise awareness of ecological issues,
·To develop actions to facilitate mutual aid and sympathy between children and adolescents,
·To participate in the setting up of a Europe week with the other European volunteers and civic services present on the territory.

Condições: The volunteers hosted will be accommodated in a house (with one floor and without a courtyard), right in the city centre.
It consists of a kitchen, a living/dining room, a bathroom, two toilets and 3 bedrooms. The 3 volunteers will therefore be sharing a room.
The furnishings : the house is equipped with a gas cooker, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle and all the necessary dishies.
Several supermarkets (small mini-markets and large stores) are within walking distance of the house.

In the beginning of each month, the volunteers will receive both money for the groceries and pocket money for their personal use. (390€ in total) If you need it at the start of your voluntary service, you will be accompanied to a local bank (Crédit Mutuel) to open a French account in which you will receive your money each month. Otherwise you can keep your own card or get one online like Revolut or N26.

The travel costs are going to be reimbursed.
Any costs exceeding that amount will be covered by the volunteer.
