Resumo: The Foundation is a public benefit organisation hiring around 30 employees. Its main idea is implementing the teaching of John Paul II, treating about human's development in four dimensions: physical, mental, intelectual and spiritual. Here every person, no matter what age, health condition or life situation, can broaden their knowledge, develop their talents and discover the joy of being a gift for others. The foundation is an interdyscyplinar, prodevelopment education-cultural institution, which, empowered by the values coming from St. John Paul II's life and its team's engagement, brings it to the good and enables living the fuller life, thanks to the conscious, effective education, spiritual and psychological support, caring about each dimension of a man's development.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are searching for creative, flexible and open to different activities people, who are as well responsible, with positive attitude and willing to spend one year living abroad. Volunteers should be willing to work with the target groups of the chosen placement (e.g. with children or disabled), be emphatetic and understand the character of work with them.

Tarefas: Opportunities:
a) Workshop Therapy Center - assisting full-time therapists and employees in work with disabled people; assisting disabled people in their daily work, rehabilitation, and open air activities, trips or tours.

b) Kindergarten - assisting in preparation and organizing the activities for children. All volunteers will present their countries, show their culture, promote European Solidarity Corps Programme, take part in events being organised or hosted by the Foundation.

c) Elementary School - Your role would be: supporting the school in their daily activities,developing students competences, engaging children into games, presenting culture of your country.

d) The Senior’s Club - your tasks would be: helping with organizing daily activities and showing them that despite of the language, culture and age boundaries, they all create one European integrity.

Condições: Volunteers will receive pocket money and money for food. Volunteers will receive the transportation card that allows them to travel around the town by any means of transport. The costs of accomodation, transportation and food are covered with the European funds.
