Resumo: (youth and children)
The coordinating organization is a non-profit organization. Since 2002 we work on local, national and international level. We hosted already 38 European youth workers and sent 78 into the organisations worldwide. We are well- known, innovative and appreciated animator of the socio-cultural life in the region. Our staff have years of experience in youth work and great heart for it.

MAIN GOAL is to introduce nonformal active creative methods in the high school with European profile or special needs schools.

Perfil: - 18-30 years old resident of EU or partner countries
- enjoy working with kids or young people of fewer opportunities, also with disabilities
- empathetic, patient, able to show friendliness and comprehension
- motivated, eager to take initiative, open minded, flexible understand the importance of Non-Violence Communication
- socially active, eager to work for local community, communicative and ready to face challenges that international cooperation brings
- motivated to teach a language and also to learn new languages
- want to learn how to become a therapist/educator/ activist and help others want to get more self-confidence and leadership skills
- have artistic & creative skills (painting/drawing, dancing, singing, manual skills ) or willing to learn new ones

Tarefas: - organization of the non-formal activities strengthening pupils’ psychosocial skills, wellbeing and school community
- participation in school’s activities and daily life of the school community
- co-organization of contests, reviews, fairs, exhibitions, festivals, workshops, events
- co-organization of school trips, outdoor expeditions
- language classes by non-formal methods
- organization of intercultural activities based on youth worker own home culture and traditions
- Polish language classess
- promoting the idea of solidarity, European Union and voluntary service
- implementation of participant own educational projects, depending on
- hobbies, interests and passions, by the use of non-formal methods
- building positive relations with local community, engaging citizens in youth worker projects
- sharing success stories and project results on FB, Instagram, blog, website

Condições: - work max 38 hours per week, including language classes, job preparation, trainings
- shared flats with other youth workers, in each room there will be maximum two people
- pocket money /120 Euro per month/
- food allowance /130 euro per month/
- transport to work allowance
- travel reimbursement up to 275/360 Euro
- medical insurance
