Resumo: The hosting organization is an association which goals are to support people's positive mental health. The office it`s a communal workshop for 18-35- year old young adults. The office operation model aims to strengthen involvement, operative and know-how experiences via creative and functional metods. At Kulttuuripaja the activities strongly rely towards peer support and doing things together. We train peer supporters from young adults to direct creative and sport groups for each other.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The work assignments at the office involve being part of the everyday activities of the workshop and the running errands involve cleaning, going to the store etc. We personally customize the tasks for the volunteers to match each individual strengths and personal interests in the form of planning and guiding their own groups. The work involves public relations communication, group guidance and spending time together with the visitors.
