Resumo: The Foundation is a public benefit organisation hiring around 30 employees. Its main idea is implementing the teaching of John Paul II, treating about human's development in four dimensions: physical, mental, intelectual and spiritual. Here every person, no matter what age, health condition or life situation, can broaden their knowledge, develop their talents and discover the joy of being a gift for others. The organization is an interdyscyplinar, prodevelopment education-cultural institution, which, empowered by the values coming from St. John Paul II's life and its team's engagement, brings it to the good and enables living the fuller life, thanks to the conscious, effective education, spiritual and psychological support, caring about each dimension of a man's development.
There are around 3 thousand people annualy using the Foundation's offer:
a) disabled - rehab sessions, art therapy, social therapy, physiotherapy, support group - Workshop Therapy Centre and day care centre Interart by the organization
b) people in need - using volunteer's help, material support and „Wiatrak” counseling
c) children and youth - afterschool classes (language, science, sport, art, dance and music classes); summer and winter camps; Pinokio day care centre (care'advisory classes, social therapy, educational and integration classes)
d) seniors - Third Age University and Senior's Club - workshops, culture trips, themed lectures etc.
e) kindergarteners - U Karolka kindergarten
f) adults- sport, dance and music classes, nutritional consultations
g) families- meetings and workshops on family topics
The local community participates also in festivals, contests, lectures, shows, concerts and film sessions organised in the Foundation.
European Solidarity Corps´ volunteers will help in organising activities for the local community and in integrating and supporting the target groups.
Perfil: Age: 18-30
Volunteers who can dance and play with Polish children,
Volunteers who would like to teach children and young people about their culture,
Volunteers who are open to other people and new experiences,

Having experience working with children orsome artskills(music, dance, origami, art, etc.) is
also desirable.
Tarefas: The theme of the project is a series of cultural and educational meetings conducted in the open air by European volunteers along with national volunteers. During activities with children and young people we want to promote the various cultures of the European Union.
Our goal is also to reduce language and cultural barriers, combat stereotypes related to foreign cultures, and to promote active recreation and volunteering, especially in the international context.
The task of volunteersisto organize and conduct meetings with children and teenagersin the backyards of Bydgoszcz. You will work in groups, prepare presentations of your culture, and animate games and activities
