Resumo: (Cinema & Citizenship)
The hosting organization offers 16-25 year olds, of all social and cultural origins, of all levels of education, the opportunity to commit full-time and as a team to missions of general interest to those who have the Not needed anymore.

Our mission
Contribute, through action and advocacy, to the generalization of Civic Service for young people in France and around the world, so that it becomes a natural step in everyone's educational journey: 6 to 12 months devoted to serving the general interest and learning about social diversity.

Our action
Organize exemplary Collective Civic Service programs , offering as many young people as possible from all cultures, social backgrounds, levels of education and beliefs (“Unis-Cité volunteers”) the opportunity to devote at least 6 months of their lives to carry out, as a team, projects of service to the community, while providing them with material assistance, individualized support in the development of a plan for the future and an openness to citizenship.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The aim of this programme is to get school students to tackle issues and debate them on the basis of around thirty films made available to them. Mobilised in teams, the volunteers (ESC and Civic Service) will have the task of organising cinema-debates in schools, mainly in order to share moments of cinema with young people (from 11 to 20 years old: secondary school students, apprentices) and discuss social issues:
- Screening of a film chosen from among thirty or so titles selected by a jury of high school students,
- In schools (middle schools, high schools, vocational schools, ...) outside school hours,
- In leisure or socio-cultural centres, integration associations during extracurricular time outside school.
