In the year 2000 the youth association was created as a non-profit organisation to join together all the ex-students and current students of a local theater school: Dinámica Teatral. The main aim of the organization is to promote cultural and artistic initiatives, and always trying to create an intercultural framework for the participation, understanding and inclusion of all its members, the society and the youth in general.

According to this the main aims of the organisation are:
- To join together those young people interested on the theater and drama using learning groups, experimentation and staging.
- To organize cultural and leisure time activities for youth.
- To take part on participative events such as meetings, exchanges, contests, etc. at local, national or international level.
- To cooperate with local entities and administrations on the implementation of theater spectacles at local, national or international level.
- To carry out training courses, workshops and activities for educating children, youth and adults (intergenerational projects).
- To create specific working and learning groups for improving staging on any field (lights, sound, atrezzo, etc.).
- To promote the participation of children and youth in cooperation with the municipality of Logroño and with the Department for Childhood and Youth of the government in order to develop theater contests and performances.
- To develop participation meetings to allow young people the exchange of good practices, information and personal experiences.
- To performance open theater plays for private and/or public entities.
- To manage groups of young people who could take part on initiatives coordinated by other partner organisations (meetings, youth exchanges, seminars, etc.).
- To organize cultural and free time activities for its members (trips, excursions, visits, camps, etc.).
- To cooperate on the public events organized every year by the municipality of Logroño (Ex. Christmas or carnival public parades).

Perfil: Be between 18 and 30 years old. Not having previously participated in a long-term European Solidarity Corps project. Come from a programme country. Have an accredited sending organization for an ESC project.
Open-minded and able to adapt to new environments and cultures. Special attention will be paid to those candidates with digital skills and the ability to carry out digital work remotely, audio-visual knowledge (taking photos, recording videos, editing videos, making posters) and some previous artistic experience in theatre or any other artistic field.

Tarefas: The program's main objective is to provide the volunteers with different learning and training opportunities related to the field of drama and in the sector of a non-profit organisation's management, visibility, coordination, participant management, etc.
Our association recently started activities in a small village, intending to promote rural development, environmental sustainability, art, and social inclusion through drama. Some of the main tasks include administrative work; social media and content activations; organisation and execution of the Language Exchange; assisting with the theatre groups inclusive of people with down syndrome; workshops development in Camprovin; creation of props and scenery; helping with the Camprovin Town Hall program: CORRESPONSABLES; assisting in European projects organisation and helping with summer camps.

Horário: The volunteer will regularly work 28 hours a week.

Condições: The volunteer will work and live in a small town with 182 inhabitants. The volunteer will also carry out activities in Logroño. The volunteer will live in a shared house. The costs related to the project will be covered by the Erasmus+ programme established by the Spanish National Agency including accommodation, food, medical insurance, transportation, pocket money, etc. The organizarion has rented a house for the four volunteers, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
