Resumo: (environment)
The aim of the project is to contribute to the creation of a rural education center for children and young people with fewer opportunities. By applying specific methods (agriculture, environmental education etc.), in a rural area, voluntees will design & develop education & recreational facilities within the center.

Perfil: To apply for this project, the candidates have to be:
- young people between 18 and 30 years old;
- advantage is given to young people with fewer opportunities, especially with geographic, social and economic obstacles;
- motivated to take part in the project, ready to spend time in rural environment and ready to take an active part in all of the mentioned activities / tasks;
- interested to develop their skills; motivated to work and live in an intercultural environment;
- ready to comply with the project & house rules;
- no previous experience, qualifications or knowledge is needed.

Tarefas: Within this project, volunteers will develop the contents of sustainable and eco-tourism through the agricultural activities (garden, flower garden) as well as designing & building educational and tourist facilities (outdoor recreational park and greenhouse). In interaction with the local population, volunteers will design and develop a concept of social entrepreneurship based on the content they have previously developed. In this way, they will develop their knowledge and skills, mostly entrepreneurial initiative, intercultural awareness, communication skills, communication in a foreign language and various practical skills.

Condições: Volunteers will be accommodated in a rural house (future education center) of the Association Pozitiva Samobor, in 2-6 person bedrooms, with shared bathrooms and common areas. House is located 2 km from the city center of Samobor. It is surrounded with garden, orchard and a public football and basketball playground. 3 meals per day (2 prepared by volunteers and 1 by staff) are covered from the project budget.
Travel tickets are reimbursed in line with EU Distance Calcul. Volunteers are in charge of buying their tickets in advance, while the reimbursement will be done after the main activity.
