The hosting organization is a non-formal learning centre founded in 2008.
Our mission is to create an inspiring international environment for people in order to promote participation in lifelong learning and effective implementation of competences on the way of personal development in the global world. Our most important task is to make young and grown-up people believe in their own capabilities.
Our objectives are:
- young people have developed key competences: communication in the mother tongue and communication in foreign languages, mathematical competence and basic competences in science and technology, digital competence, learning to learn, social and civic competence, sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, Cultural awareness and expression.
- young people make career decisions based on their competences and experiences;
- young people have developed intercultural competence and use opportunities of international experience both on local and international level. We contribute to development of learning community.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for a friendly, open for communication and exchange of experience, hard-working young person with a sense of initiative or wish to develop it. Moreover, volunteers should have the motivation to bring solidarity to the host community. Since this is a team project, the volunteers have to be ready to work in a team. We welcome and be happy, if a potential candidate has special skills, interests or knowledge in sustainability topics. We are supportive to participants with fewer opportunities, such as cultural, economic difficulties and geographic obstacles.

Tarefas: This is a team volunteering project which seeks to contribute to raising awareness about sustainable development by promoting national and international cooperation among young people from different countries, as well as implementing activities for environmental protection and increasing understanding and tolerance of different cultures and beliefs. 12 participants from different countries will be involved in activities such as Everyone is learning community festival, cleaning walks with local youngsters, gardering - community garden in VitaTiim and Art residency, fashion show (from boutique clothes) and swap party, filming about ecology in teams - tiktok videos, workshops: sustainable bags, soap and scrub making, smart cooking, healthy lifestyle; preparing community evening, volunteering in camp (work with kids, organising activities, supporting camp team), preparing digital exhibition closer to the roots.

Condições: Volunteers will be accommodated in hostel-house near the organisation. Participants will live in shared rooms of 2-6 people in appropriately furnished house. They will have a shared kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. Food allowance will be given to the volunteers. They will cook by themselves, except for the days when the food will be ordered
