Resumo: One of our main activities is the association’s theater company. Our repertoire consists of 11 titles, presented on the scenes in Poland and abroad. As artists, we are always searching for new challenges, exploring different artistic areas and always focusing on seeking human nature. To establish a connection with our public is fundamental and we are always looking for creating a full experience for the spectators in a physical and spiritual way.

Our common goal is to work among the community organizing artistic and educational activities in order to develop people’s awareness and to keep the value of culture alive. Through the association and its theater company, we want to promote folk and contemporary polish culture inside and outside the country in both culture dedicated and unofficial spaces. Following this aim, we organize performances, concerts, workshops and events in cooperation with other associations and business entities.
We are focus on creating art and education center for local people and place for volunteers and young people staring their job's carrier. This place is creating by the polish and International team of young people.

Here’s some of our other main activities:
- The organization of International Theater;
- Art education activities for youth groups;
- Consulting and training assistance for professionals; in our head office, we organize artistic residencies where artists can meet and focus on creating and sharing their experiences with each other;
- Voluntary cooperation of local and international breath.

For us is very important to involve local communities in our projects so we are engaged in the organization of workshops and events in collaboration with other associations of the area. Keeping in mind our aim to preserve the uniqueness of the region, we’ve been collaborating for years with Białowieza communities, organizing cultural and pro-ecological activities in order to build a cross-border dialogue and to protect our beautiful natural heritage which is the Forest.

With the purpose to spread intercultural dialogue and common creating among locals, beside all the activities described above, we are currently working on the project, a center of artistic and volunteering activity open to everybody who wishes to be part of an enrichment of the area and involve yourself.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: - Everyday participation in activities of Association and A3Theatre, e.g. co-creating spectacle, scenography, props, preparing promotion’s;
- Take part in all activities relating with art and gardening work around building in Hajnówka and Hajnówka town, in aasociation hause in Policzna: planting, digging and raking, cleaning up the garden, helping the elderly with gardening, painting fences, eco workshops, herb workshops, waste segregaration workshops, building a yurt, creating installations with elements of nature, forest clean-ups, and other garden work, provide small art workshop for childen, etc
- And also: renovations and creating local center as painting the walls, cleaning common space, decorating the interior and exterior area, trying to work with a recycling, being inspired by the specifics of the place.
- Take part in brain storms
- Making documentation
- Exchange of experiences – learning Polish language /basic/, improving English language, making new contacts, presenting his/her culture and country to local citizens (e.g. presentation in Power Point);
- Participation in local projects and community;
- Participation in other activities related to work of Cultural Association;
- The volunteer will be encouraged to share ideas and cooperation with local community.
