Resumo: Through this project, we are aiming to promote social inclusion and active participation, solidarity and diversity, volunteering and participation of fewer opportunities in the categories of youngsters from rural areas and neglected communities in the region.

Objectives
- Increasing the acquisition of soft skills (critical thinking, complex problem solving, innovation, creativity, communication) for contributing to their personal and professional development among the young people in the communities.

- Improving the tolerance and inclusion among the children and young people in the communities becoming more open to cooperation among youth from different backgrounds, families and financial situations.

- Personal and professional development of the volunteers, learning how to work with groups, and creating social media content.

We are looking to create the ideal fusion between the community so we can highlight the solidarity element.

Activities:
- Social media activities & Photo - Video - create visual and written content, managing the organization’s SM accounts
- Organize workshops and activities for children and young people from the local social centers in Oituz area
- Preparing trainings for the following topics: NFE, inclusion/cooperation/ multiculturalism, environment and sustainability
- Preparing to host the ESC volunteering teams in the summer
- Ecology campaigns and workshops - raising awareness of a sustainable lifestyle
- Personal and professional development through theater/ coaching/ movement/ career guidance
- Promoting the Festival and summer camps in the region and in online

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: Perform social media activities and visibility on our online channels - vlogging video content on European opportunities (ESC, E+), recording of video / photo materials, editing and publishing them online

Organize workshops and activities for children and young people dedicated to understanding multiculturalism, cooperation, inclusion

Have a proactive, open and kind attitude, be motivated to work in a multicultural team and make the most of your experience together!

Create series of intercultural activities in the community, collective and group activities on various topics to cultivate the knowledge of inclusion

Organize non-formal activities for the community regarding the development of digital skills (online tools, Word, Google Suite, digital art, Photoshop) and understanding the online environment and healthy browsing (cyber safety).

Organize ecology campaigns and workshops related to entrepreneurship in the field of environment and social innovation.

Learn to perform needs analysis in the local community through discussions with the target groups and involvement of the community.

Design and work on a permaculture garden

Support in setting a camping (glamping) space for the summer activities when the volunteering teams arrive

Condições: Accomodation: In modern village houses with fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, water hot/ cold, 2-3 people/room
