Resumo: Our organization makes sure that all young people have the conditions and opportunities for education, development, participation in public life, and thus create a healthy and democratic civil society on the local to European levels.

We take care of it on various levels:

we provide European information for young people, as well as support and consultations,
we support young people in organizing youth exchanges and initiatives,
we support people and organizations working with youth through training, seminars and building tools for working with young people,
we participate in the development of youth policies at local to European levels,
we strengthen the tools and structures of youth participation.

- able to organize communities around the festival, moderating and organizing educational, cultural and social events during it
- running profiles on social media, making films and recording podcasts (we can teach you that).
Most of the time, volunteers will be working alone, so being able to manage your own time is very important.

Tarefas: We plan to organize a Youth Festival on the occasion of the European Youth Week for the broad promotion of European opportunities for young people, youth activism and culture, and the involvement of young people in the EU Youth Dialogue and dialogue between young people and decision-makers. 30 short-term volunteers in cooperation with the Youth Council and the City Hall will organize a series of events lasting one week, consisting of a series of workshops, shows, cultural, social and youth policy events.
The set of these events was developed on the basis of a diagnosis of the needs of young people. The project strongly emphasizes the ideas of EKS - the Festival is a strong local, solidarity activity, promoting activity for one's own small homeland. It serves exchange, development and activity for the benefit of the region and the town understood as a local government community.

Condições: Accommodation will be in a beutiful house (all for disposal of volunteers) where they will be accomodated in 2-5 person rooms (each with separate bathroom).
Bed covers and towels will be there. Food will be provided (breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks) - there is big dining in the building. Apart from having nice surroundings (mountains, forest), the house have sauna, hot tub and an outside pool.
