Resumo: We are a group involved in international mobility projects founded in September 2013. The group is made by people who have gained more than 10 years experience in non-formal education and in youth work in Italy and abroad.

We aim to create learning and growing opportunities for youth and adults to develop themselves and to improve the quality of their professional and personal life.

Our visions is to contribute to the development of our society and to create a world that works for everyone out of love, care and cooperation.

We approach learning through formal, non-formal and informal education; learning by doing; travel as a tool for growth; outdoor activities; coaching; body movement and media activities.
Besides volunteering and internship, you can support us directly. As a growing organisation we are actively looking for Italians that want to cooperate and support us as a volunteer and learn about the Erasmus+ program through helping in projects.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: Youth motilities in Italy and abroad
The volunteers will support the hosting organization in the development of youth exchanges, training courses and volunteering.

Main Tasks:
- Communications with partner organizations, local partners and volunteers
- Visibility of the projects on the media, social media of the CO and face-to-face
- Selection of participants and preparation of the projects with them
- Practical aspects and logistic
- Facilitation of workshops and non-formal activities
- Planning and project management
- Small maintenance and manual work

Promotion of youth opportunities:
Volunteers will promote the international opportunities for young people and for the Youth Sector available within the ESC and Erasmus + program, they will focus on the municipalities through meetings in high schools, universities, organizations and other public and private spaces. This will increase the access to youth opportunities of young people who live in rural areas. They will also organize visibility expeditions in close by cities.

LOCAL DEVELOPMENT SECTOR:
Festivals and cultural activities
The municipality organizes festivals and cultural events in the musical and artistic fields. The role of the volunteers will be to cooperate and support the organizers of these events, improve its efficiency and expand their offer.
Volunteers will also have the chance to propose and take care of the organization of artistic activities managed by them or new cultural events.

Digitale
is our project that valorizes and shares the local artistic heritage. Volunteers will be involved in completing and enriching the portal that includes all the pieces of art spread around the village: the winners of several sculptures and paint national festivals.

Local Trails
Together with the municipality and 15 local volunteers, the hosting organization is taking care of cleaning forest trails and of organizing local events to valorise them and rediscover them with the local population. ESC Volunteers will support the 15 local volunteers.

Cascina
Historical farmhouse more than 300 years old, it is the headquarter of the organization New Wellness Education.
Volunteers will support in the creation of organic cultivations and in the implementation of didactic events in cooperation with schools and other organizations.

Personal project:
In the framework of their learning goals and according to the values, mission and goals of the hosting organization and New Wellness Education, each volunteer will be invited to carry out their own personal project. The volunteer will have the freedom to decide which project to carry out and how to develop it during the 12 months of volunteering. The personal project is a complementary activity. The main involvement of the volunteers is on the International and Local tasks described.
