Resumo: The hosting organization is an independent cultural company founded in 2004 born by the need of creating an environment for theatre students from the University, because at that time, the University doesn`t offer proper conditions for students who learn theather, and the association create workspace and theater classes especially for them, new opportunities and remove barriers of communication between University and students.

The organization was founded as a manifest to the public institutions. From the beggining of our activity in association we developed The Research Center which offers a series of instructive and creative workshops of performing arts. By bringing together young people, from artistic and entreprenurial environment, aiming to enhance the engagement of young people and organisations in accessible and high-quality solidarity activities, primarily volunteering. As a means to strengthen solidarity, we developed a Festival which promote young artists and unites all kind of arts and the specificity of this festival is that we haunt abandoned spaces with historical importance and we transform them with art.
The festival, in all editions unites artists from 7 countries like Italy, Belgium, Romania, Hungary, Spain, Germany, Poland; we have over 2000 participants; and encourage young people to become active citizens, agents of solidarity and positive change for communities and engaged over 600 volunteers in the activities.

The main occupation of organization was to provide different kind of courses for children, youths and adults; courses like: theatre classes, philosophy, art education, piano lessons, fashion design, ecological education, canto, cinema, acting and we organize different events, conferences and two Festivals. Also we produce theater performances and participate in several international competitions and won different awards. Over time, we worked with 3600 participants. This activities are sustained, on average, four days/week for over ten years now.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for youths with fewer opportunities, available to commit in the full duration of the project and in the activities like organising events, festivals, workshops, promotion for the organisation, speaks English (at least conversational level); aware that the project is in rural area and many activities are on a farm or on a field, the closest city is 25 km away, participants who are aware that in the community aren`t many activities for youths (we organise those kind of events on our complex) and we are have a complex structere of activities and tasks from which can choose.

Tarefas: The project is a complex architectural, cultural, of interactive activities system and context in which children, youths and adults receive practices, knowledges, methodology, skills, attitudes so they can create a sustainable and ecological community.
In the rural community in which we live, we identified a series of problems. All that problems make a community in which we can`t find collective social events, Each participant will receive a personal individual task book, conceived by each participant needs, desires, preferences and abilities.
Every week of activity will be divided in three main sections: in first part: theoretical, informational individual tasks, the second part: team work activities where we have meetings, brainstormings for different issues, and have different practical tasks and the third part will consist of giving to community, for example tematic workshops (gardening, theater, fashion design etc), events, campaigns etc

Condições: The volunteers will share a new renovated house with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, located on a farm in rural. The house has all the utilities and is located on a hill with beautiful view, near a forest, and 2 members of the organisation live near.
The food will be provide from us and will be mostly from our farm (which is near the volunteer house) and from other local farms around but also from the market, based on volunteers needs and preferences. Local transportation could be on bikes, on walk or even by car.
