Resumo: (people with disability)
The hosting organization is an NGO, in favor of People with intellectual disabilities, declared of Public Utility by the Council of Ministers. It began its journey in 1972 and since then it has continued its work tirelessly. Its objective is to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families; is to offer its associates a total quality response. As if it were a waterfall, from this desire, derive all the goals that shape our being and being, such as integration, normalization, insertion, inclusion, autonomy, independent life, etc, of our users- customers.

Our name, is taken from the beautiful motto of the city of Plasencia, where we were born and have our headquarters.

The Association works, like many other Associations and the Region, to achieve the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities and the Defense of their Rights.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
high motivated, positive energy, willing to help others

Tarefas: helping people with intellectual disabilities in their daily job, organize free time activities with them such as board games, dancing, sports, walking, handicrafts, drawing, gardening, outdoor activities…
