Resumo: The coordinating organization non-profit cultural association founded in 1995.
It promotes local and international initiatives to develop personal and social growth, intercultural learning and active participation in society. It combines twentyfive years of experience with constant updating that aims at innovation in its areas of interest. It has always achieved significant results in creation and implementation in its main fields: transnational internships, training of citizens and operators, non-formal education of young people and adults, especially in projects in the frame of the European Program Erasmus +, starting with the European Voluntary Service.

It is characterized and recognized for the work on international mobility, both abroad as reception in Italy, also in order to make it more accessible to different targets through information, guidance and planning. In the field of guidance it was for about ten years a training body accredited by the Veneto region and a point of the Eurodesk network. Since 2010 it is a local chair point of the Euroguidance network.

In the local field the coordinating is very active. In addition to joining projects promoted by other organizations it promotes and coordinates innovative pathways to catalyze social-cultural processes, both by networking different subjects and by involving citizens in initiatives that include intercultural dialogue and development of alternative economies.

Organization’s team consists of trainers, experts in European programs, educators, psychologists, animators, facilitators, experts in youth training, information and guidance, language teachers. All team members use Italian and English as their work-language, most of them also speak Spanish and other languages. The role of voluntary work provided at all levels by members, both Italian and of various nationalities, is extremely valuable.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Volunteers with different backgrounds such as age, gender, previous experience, study path, and so on will be welcome. And there will be no discrimination against gender, religion, political or sexual orientation. However, the knowledge of Italian language will be appreciated.
The choice of volunteers will be made on the basis of their motivation, interest and the willingness to play an active role in their project.

Tarefas: The weekly activities will take place in different locations:
1- at the Foundation seat where the volunteers will support those responsible to offer assistance services to immigrants or to people with economic, social and family difficulties; they will support those responsible in welcoming and accompanying homeless or people with housing difficulties.

2-in the Student House: coaching service in laboratories for the job placement of disadvantaged people, cooking workshops, carpentry, tailoring.

3-in the Terramica cooperative for the cultivation of vegetables, preparation of food bags and packages for retail sale, support of differently abled workers / trainees in the various activities of the company.

4- in schools and other places where they will participate in various initiatives in the socio-educational field (schools, summer centers, after-school, summer camps) both with children and young people

Condições: TheFoundation will offer board and lodging. The rooms are located next to the office. Each volunteer will have a single room and will share the common areas (equipped kitchen, toilet and laundry) together with other young Italian volunteers. In addition, each volunteer will receive a sum for personal expenses (Pocket Money).
Transportation for the various activities will be guaranteed. For other journeys it is possible to use the train or the bus.
The station and bus stops can also be reached on foot. Bicycles will be made available.
