Resumo: (social inclusion, children on the move, unaccompanied minors, family tracing and reunification, children's rights)
The host organization is an International, Humanitarian and Independent Institution based in Cyprus. Our Institution is established on standards and principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and European Union Law.
It works on humanitarian and development policy relevant to the defence and promotion of children’s rights. It does so through research, grassroots program design and implementation and advisory services offered to governments and international organizations. Our vision is to contribute to the protection and promotion of rights of the child and to support the active participation of youth in society.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The work at Humanitarian Division is based on the theme of Vulnerable Children (social inclusion, children on the move, unaccompanied minors, family tracing and reunification).
The main tasks will be:
1. Support and administrative activities: assist in the regular schedule and activities of the specific department e.g.: assisting the staff with the daily activities of the Home for Hope Shelters; support the afternoon educational classes, support the learning process, assist the minors with their homework; support during the transition to adulthood and integration to the society; accompany the children at school and hospital or other legal or state agencies to support their social and cultural integration.
2. Research & surveys tasks about the themes and topics connected with: children’s rights, disadvantaged minorities/children, unaccompanied children, family tracing and assessment and their integration in society
3. Creative activities.


The work of the R&D Division is based on the themes of Children's rights (social/cultural discrimination, gender-based violence, sexual abuse, bullying, missing children, hate speech, migrant women).
The main tasks will be on:
1. Support and administrative activities: communicating with stakeholders, administrative tasks related to active projects (letters, emails, reports preparation of materials for meetings, taking minutes, photos at official events etc.) promotional activities, writing proposals.
2. Provide support to the staff in research related activities, survey tasks, country reports about the themes and topics connected with the promotion and the protection of children's rights, disadvantaged and vulnerable minorities/children, sexual violence against children, gender equality and gender-based violence, child-friendly justice systems.
3. Creative activities.
4. Participate in the Children Rights Convention (CRC) Clubs, educational programs in schools.
