Resumo: The farm kindergarten is for children with and without disablilities and offers spaces for three goups. (mixed in ages from 3-7 years) We've got 39 places for "normal" and 8 places for children with a disability. Each group has two pedagogues (educators, social pedagogues, child care providers, child care pedagogues). The main objective is to get the children to know the way of life at the countrysite. In our own stable the children learn to take responsibility, to care for animals. Additional they experience how and why the nature is used and created with human work, how we can keep and protect the nature an example: our cultivation of our farm garden.
The pillars of our work are: - the taking care and feeding of our animals,- the integration of children with disabilities,- a lot of movement at the fresh air, a healthy and balanced diet,- holistic education, - transparency of the pedagogical work.

Perfil: Volunteers which would like to work in our organisation, shall have the following qualitities:

- nice would be: interest in music, art, theater, games, movements and all other interesting hobbies
To guarantee a transparent selection process on the website of the coodinating association the application deadline and the application documents will be found there. We will have a selection procedure. We are intending to work with sending organisations which have passed an accrediting procedure and we are not reduced to a certain country. The relativly new Internet Website : Youthnetworks will be used for getting to know partners and volunteers.

Tarefas: The European volunteers will help the pedagogues taking care and assisting the children in the kindergarten and with the intergration. Especially he will help with additional duties like the taking care, occupation/ guidance of the children for educational offers. The volunteers can use their creativity to develop additional offers within the "circle of seasons". The goal is that the usage of different materials, like colours, woold, plants, clay is offered to the children as often as possible to influence their development positive. Especially our disabled children benefit from additional offers. The European volunteers are on the one site working in additional project delvelopment and on the other site they offer additional assistance during the daily routine like age specific offers, special assistance to disabled children and excursions etc.

Condições: The volunteers will have a mentor in the team. Additional all coworkers are open for any questions and talks in case of problems. Once a month the coordinating organisation will organize a meeting with the tutor. There the volunteers have the possiblity to talk out of their working place about questions and problems concerning the daily routine of work and can reflect about it with the tutor.
At the hosting organisation the volunteers will be integrated completely in the team ( a special kindergartengroup with mentor, all 4 weeks team meetings, the head of the kindergarten is open for discret talks at any time, the coordinator of the kindergartens is as well open for talks at any times. We will all work on the intergration of the volunteer form the first moment and give maximal assistance.

Formação: We've got a big interest to welcome international volunteers. We made the experience that each person coming new to a team comes with new ideas and potentials. Someone with other roots and traditions and a different socialisation can be very interesting and worthwhile for us. As our todays interns we will include the future European volunteers into all aspects of the daily kindergarten routine (offers, excursions, pre-school work, assisting offers for the children with disablilities, afternoons for parents). They will get the chance to plan and implement their own small offers and projects.
We plan to add aditional offers within the "circle of seasons" to encourage our disabled children more.
