Resumo: The Hoting organization was founded on 1 July 2015.
In our youth clubs, we provide for young people safe environment to spend their free and leisure time, and these are venues to develop their project ideas. Basically, our target group is all youngsters (aged 11-30) and its surroundings, who're interested in to take part in actions, programs, projects and who may have fewer opportunities on the same time. We are keen to make plans and give opportunity to/for the youngsters. The organization have altogether 8 full time employees (youth workers), we have got several volunteers and trainees (at the moment 1 youth worker student). The organzation consists 4 youth clubs; each has minimum 100 square metres, equipped with infrastructures based on the needs of young people and 1 youth camp.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
• Basic English knowledge is a must
• Interested in the work with children and youth or social work in general, non-formal education
• Interested in creating handicrafts, planning&organizing activities, sharing culture
• Dedicated, open-minded, communicative, patient and resourceful
• Flexible, easy-going
• Able to work in a team
• Vaccination certificate required to participate in the program due to the coronavirus
• Available for the whole duration of the volunteering period (12 months) and pre-departure/mid-term training.

Tarefas: The volunteer will be assisting in day-to-day activities of kindergartens under professional supervision. In these activities, volunteers can try their existing skills, creativity in music and handicrafts.
We aim to create awareness and openness towards other people and other cultures with creative activities, a healthy lifestyle, and intercultural media.
Volunteers will also be involved in the activities of the coordinating organization in which they can get acquainted with the Erasmus+ Program and have the opportunity to develop their ideas within personal projects. They will have the chance to go to schools and present the ESC as well as share their own country and culture.

Condições: Travel costs will be reimbursed up to a certain amount allocated by the ESC Programme Guide; All participants will have CIGNA health insurance during their volunteering period; Accommodation (rented apartman house with available kithcen goods and equipments) and food will be provided by the host organization; Volunteers will also receive a monthly allowance (pocket money);
