Resumo: The coordinating organization is a civic association founded on 28 November 2012. The volunteer center is here for all those who would like to selflessly help others through volunteering. It is suitable for individuals, but also for organizations. The organization has a lot of volunteering offers to choose from.

We offer full scope of volunteering services:
1. We connect the organizations with volunteers who can help them: .....
2. We communicate with the potential volunteers and we recommend them to the organizations themselves. We inform the new volunteers about their rights, obligations, ethical principles and ask about their expectations.
3. We work with volunteer organizations - we provide educational volunteer managment trainings for organizations on how to work with volunteers, we consult their volunteer programs and create new tailor- made volunteer programs form them which we also implement in various organizations
4. We create and coordinate volunteer programs (short- term or long term) and projects (one- time volunteering) in the social field, volunteering in the field of environment, culture, education, humanitarian volunteering, volunteering abroad, etc...
5. We appreciate, honor and support volunteers and coordinators through the Srdce na dlani event, which aims to increase the status of volunteering and its development.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
In this project, we are looking for someone ready to take up new challenges, who like to work with children. He/she should be enthusiastic about growing their personal and professional skills and prepared for unexpected experiences.
Participant must be 18 years old or older. Training in childcare or experience in work with children is an advantage, but not necessary. Required qualities include: flexibility (work with children requires good adaptability to changes), creativity, open-minded, empathy, self-reliance, responsibility for assigned tasks and communication skills.

Tarefas: Through this 12-month project (March 2022- February 2023) we would like to give space for the ESC participant in these areas: work directly with kids in the kindergarten by organizing educational activities and games, English language support for children and staff, bring ideas and work on participant own project which will be addressed to children development, help with community events organizing, help with administrative work in office and cooperation with members of the team of the hosting organization, cooperate on other activities the organization with the staff.

Although hosting organization is slovak kindergarden, they also teach kids english. They have interactive lessons, carry out various activities for children and families.

It offers atmosphere in which they promote and support tolerance, mutual respect, and acceptance between children as important values for the future. Hosting org.: RC Krtko, Coordinating org.: Bratislavske dobrovolnicke centrum (BDC).

Condições: We will provide you an accommodation. The room will be in a flat or a house shared with other people. The flat is fully furnished and will provide participant with everything he/ she needs. The coordinating organization is responsible for the food arrangements in form of cash in the hosting project according to the standard of living in the hosting country. The coordinating organization provides the volunteer with the pocket money and money for the food and travel.
