Resumo: The Association, was established to support local and international activitism, mainly through voluntary service. Initial activities are international youth exchanges, then European Voluntary Service. From 2015, we are a strong organization, recognized locally, regionally and internationally. Our actions are appreciated. In addition to volunteering, we are specialists in the field of international and intercultural cooperation.

Since 2015, we have been permanently cooperating with Kwidzyn schools/kindergartens, coordinating the work of volunteers there. Thanks to their work, children, youth and adults have the opportunity to learn about other cultures/religions, break stereotypes towards other nationalities - and this is especially important in a small town that has been hermetic and homogeneous for many years. Kwidzyn are slowly becoming open and tolerant, making our City safer, the worldview is slowly changing, open to diversity and the necessary discussion. Such measures are especially needed nowadays due to the large number of labor immigrants residing in our industrial city.

Thanks to our work and the work of our volunteers, we organize various activities for children and youth, ie Culture Week, intercultural meetings, intercultural workshops.

- Training for Youth workers
- Language animation
- Celebrating the International Volunteer Day.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for motivated candidates with a proactive, creative, problem-solving and initiative-taking attitude, well-developed organizational skills and at least basic knowledge of English. The one who really enjoys public speaking and not scared of daily routine, motivated to develop events and activities that strengthen the integration between polish and international students, kids, youngsters.

Tarefas: Be a part of our volunteers. Choose a project you want to work on for 12 months in Poland/Kwidzyn. Currently, we are looking for volunteers to:
1. Library, Multicentrum
2. work with disable youth
3. work with youth coming from disadvantege families
4. Integrational Kindergarten (kids in the age from 2 to till)
5. Fotball club (support a trainer work with kids and youth)

From 2015 we coordinated the work of more than 100 hosted volunteers. We know we are not competitors to the big cities, full of students, events and nightlife. We perfectly know that living in a small city might be challenging and we know that working in the Hosting Organisation might be hard and demanding.
But we also know that the project will give you time to reflect on many things in your life — think about yourself and the goals you want to achieve.

Condições: We are renting 5 flats for our volunteers. Every house consists of 2-3 rooms some of which can be shared by 2 volunteers. The kitchen and bathroom are always shared. It is possible to share a mixed gendered flat. Every flat has an internet connection.
Flats are free for volunteers, our organization is paying the rent and the common costs like electricity, water, heating, garbage and internet.
Volunteer receivs monthly 120 EUR/pocket money and 100 EUR for food. International transport is based on the EU distance calculator.
