Resumo: (work with people at risk of social exclusion)
The organization has a multidisciplinary staff formed by professionals in Orientation, Psychology, Social work , Social education and communication . People with different profiles but outstanding social and common features among many of them we mark, the commitment, the capacity for teamwork, searching of innovate solutions, entrepreneur character and the development of proactive attitude. Its technique capacity is reflected by the development of methodologies on individual attention and means which make easier the work and improve its efficiency. A management team, four area management on transverse character and four functional areas shape the structure of the organization:

Management team, which is responsible of annual scheduling, proceedings evaluation, consent and of course, the following of the estimation and the development of statutory functions.

Management organization, where are included transverses areas from a Context of programmes. These transverse areas are organized into four managements: centre management, economical management, institutional relations management and management on initiative and development.

Functional Areas, which are articulated depending on the best availing of the resources and synergies , reaching to complete an operative structure within four areas: Orientation on employment , occupational insertion , training and social dynamisation.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

We are looking for an open-minded, creative and motivated person who is passionate about design, taking corporate style photos and creating videos. The volunteer will prepare posters and flyers for different activities of the association. The volunteer will also collaborate with other organizations in social communication advertising. The volunteer will also organize different activities related to social transformation and dynamization. Other tasks: To be able to communicate in English (Spanish language will be a plus)

Tarefas: The main objective we set ourselves is to be an engine of social change to contribute to an open and participatory European citizenship that generates greater social justice and is more respectful of dignity and human rights.
The common denominator of all our actions is that we work for and for people so our objectives fit perfectly with those of the European Solidarity Corps.
The main work of the social entity is to work with people at risk of social exclusion (foreigners, inmates, homeless people, etc.), so volunteers will live in their day to day with this population, which will undoubtedly increase their respect and understand the different types of life or situations of exclusion. Advise on labor inclusion and support with ICTs: it provides the opportunity to share experiences with other young people who come to Arrabal in search of employment, training and learning and improvement of technological skills.

Condições: Volunteers get a private room in a shared fully equipped apartment with three rooms and two bathrooms (1 apartment with 2 volunteers) - Volunteers also get money for food, a bus ticket for public transportation and volunteers will have a bicycle, private health insurance and European Solidarity Corps and pocket money.
