Resumo: The hosting organization is an organization that aims most fundamentally to expand the concept and the meaning of peace and we acomplish this through the means of workcamps primarily as well as through workshops , sending and hostin short and long term voluneers as well as through long term educational programmes.

As we started our activities in 1994, this year (2017) we are celebarting 23rd anniversary of being an active non-governmental organisation, cooperating both with local and international partners. Aims of the orgnization are carried out through different forms of activities: short- and long term voluntary projects, training events, seminars and thematic actions, like: Educational Programme about human rights, refugees and minorities, educational, educational programme about antidiscrimination, educational programme about voluntary service.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We would like to host a broad-minded young person with a positive attitude who believes that volunteering and international contact is a way of making the world a better place. The volunteer may have previous experience related with international trainings, exchanges and non formal education, but the most important is an open mind and willingness to learn new things and take part in new challenges. We look for a curious person opened for new cultures, motivated, creative, that likes to work in a team and has his/her own initiative. At least intermediate knowledge of English is welcomed.

Tarefas: - preparing and running workshops and meetings for youth in local schools; different topics (f.e. human rights, minority rights, antidiscrimination, racism, intolerance, peace education, gender, climate justice, well-being, intercultural learning, solidarity),
- promoting youth international projects of non-formal education,
- co-leading summer volunteering projects organised by our association for local communities,
- helping in running local and international training and courses hosted by our association,
- social media management, organising thematic meetings about countries of origin,
- running a film discussion club,
- taking care of digital documentation of projects run by our association.
There is also a space to share volunteers’ personal interests and passions. ESC volunteers work as part of a team with staff and Polish volunteers in the local and regional community.
