Resumo: The children are among us who are interesting and open - to views, ideas, needs, own development, contact with other people; people who are wise and sensitive, ready to make mistakes, admit them and learn from them. People who can build authentic relationships with other people, are warm, aware of their own aspirations and goals, and have passions.
Social competences are of key importance - we have a place for colorful, charismatic and crazy personalities, as well as for those who are calm, subdued and calm. We expect everyone to understand the processes taking place in the group, the child's developmental psychology, emotional maturity, curiosity about the world, patience and many other features thanks to which this person feels good with us, and we are glad that he is with us.
The teacher is not an overseer with us. Rather, he is an observer, guide, tutor, advisor, associate, simply a member of the school community.
Our team consists of competent, qualified, extraordinary people who enjoy working with children. Our task is not to let the child's curiosity about the world go into oblivion, that the child's potential is wasted over time, and that it turns into stagnation and apathy of a resigned adult.
We want to help children make their dreams come true and we try to achieve it by following children's needs, listening to them, sharing with children the knowledge about the possibilities and limitations that they face in the modern world.
Every day kids can surprise us with something - thanks to this we learn a lot. That's why we love this job!
