Resumo: The association is looking for 3 volunteers for working in youth
policies project. We have 3 position. These are, IT
asistant, PR (Public Relations) asistant and Youth information Asistant.

Perfil: Volunteer will:
" Has to respect to different cultures also as a person whjo is coming from a different culture
" Has responsibility in all works and tasks and responsibilities she has to complete
" Provide at least micro,level success in any kind of work in local, national and international level,
" Talented in team-working methods and can act as a team,
" Aware of research and development projects and works,
" Has good entrepreneurship skills and has developed and creative ideas,
" Should have good communication skills especially in partnership building activities and events
" Should be a responsible person who knows what a volunteer is.

Tarefas: One of the volunteer who is working in youth information; will be online all the time Eurodesk First Class system and find all the news from Europe.

Second volunteer who is working in IT team, upload e-genclik web site with about Eurodesk agenda, training course like News from Europe.

Third volunteer who is working in PR team, will be contact in other NGOs, universities, public places, municipalities etc.. and learn what is their agenda. He/she will prepare one of the clipboard in our office and the volunteer who is working in youth information will add that information in that agenda. (like concerts, trainings, theatres etc...)

Condições: Bursa, as a city itself is a safe city. Both the residential area that the volunteer is going to accommodate, and also the working area where s/he will be working are in centre and in very good protected areas of the city, and do not have any risks in terms of security. Since we very well do know that our volunteers will be coming from different cultures, backgrounds and infrastructures, we will do our best to create the safest environment for her/him, and we will provide all necessary conditions in order not to let him/her feel negative points that cause due to cultural differences.
Our members who have well-developed awareness and who know the environment very good, will try to calculate the possible risk situations beforehand, and in case of crises they will try to cope and manage with the conflict with their previous education and experiences. In case that a situation cannot be solved in the association, we will be communication with NA as fast as possible and discuss what could be done, and will do our best without losing any time. Since we will provide a good communication chain between the mentor in here, in the host organisation and the mentor in sending organisation, in case of troubles, we will have the chance of fixing things immediately and helping the volunteer to complete her/his voluntary service without being disturbed at all.

Formação: Our first priority is that our volunteer is a teacher as well as a learner. Because according to us volunteer is a not a free labor, but a member of the host organisation throughout the programme. Both the volunteers that we are going to host and send will be working in the mosaiq of Turkey; and that requires individuals who are open to teaching and learning, have innovative and different ideas, creative and self-confident.
All the rights of the EVS programme ( language, health, transportation, accomodaiton, safety, mentorship) will be provided to the volunteer in thebest way. We will support our volunteer to take place in all activities of e-gençlik assocaiton in local, national and international basis if they are matching with the vision of the volunteer. We will provide necessary possibilities to our volunteers to let her/him share her/his past experiences, and we will also provide environments that s/he will be able to learn many things about youth work in Turkey and also all about Turkey. Apart from that, we will be communicating with our partner organisations in local and national level and let our volunteer share her past experiences andgain new experiences.
