Resumo: (working with unemployed youngsters (aged 17-29)
The coordinating organization provides versatile promotion of employability services and regional outreach-youth work. The purpose of the coordianting organization is to take care of prevention of social exclution for adults and young people. The coordinating organization has a long tradition in sector of organizing regions labor market development activities. The main goals of all activities are versatile and high quality services for development and personal support for maintaining ability to work.

The coordinating organization, lines of action:
• promotion of employment for young people (17 - 25 y.)
• promotion of employment for adults (26 - 60 y.)
• Outreach- youth work, social empowerment for young people (16 - 29 y.)
• Business Co-operation, business and labor confrontation
• Workplace Services, development of workplaces and supervision services

Youth in Action processes will be implemented in youth workshops, which offers a variety of training and job opportunities for young people at age 17 - 29 in the region.

The aim of the youth workshops is to help young people to realize their individual plans, to promote employment among the young and to make it easier to apply for studies. The workshops are intended for unemployed youth with no vocational training or for those with vocational training but no work experience. The average duration of workshop participation is approximately six months, based on a personalised plan and individual needs. The workshop period includes work at the workshop, work orientation and training. During the period, youths are given individual counselling e.g. on career choice matters.

Perfil: Age:18-30

Tarefas: The volunteer will be working with unemployed youngsters (aged 17-29) as an assistant worker

Working with different groups of youngsters or adults in activity centers : interacting , leading and helping them with their daily works tasks
•Providing activities for youngsters adults according to volunteers own strenghts and interests , for example sports ,
handicrafts , arts , talking groups etc.
•Organizing international club for youngsters together with staff
•Organizing Europe day and other theme days
•Promoting European Solidarity Corps
•Updating organisations social media accounts (Facebook,Instagram)
