Resumo: The Foundation was accredited as an ESC delegating and hosting organization in October, 2014. Since then, the Foundation has participated in and coordinated many successful ESC projects in the European Union. Our NGO has been working with youth for over 10 years. We are coordinating the professional programs of the Youth House since 2014. In this project we are taking part as a coordinating NGO, one kindergarten is receiving volunteers with our help.

We provide a mentor who deals with the process of induction, and supervises the volunteers, and an ESC coordinator, who gives tasks for the volunteers and keeps in touch with the sending organisation on a regular basis.
The Foundation hosted and supported more than 100 volunteers so far. The cooperation was very successful for both parties.

As part of the project, we will coordinate volunteers during the 10 months project. We provide a social worker in supervisor capacity, moreover a children and youth expert who is organizing the meeting of the partners of the project, responsible for the coordinating tasks. The mentor is a youth expert, who puts great emphasis on the social-mental caring too which reinforces the personality of the person and focuses on stabilizing the circumstances.

The ESC coordinator is a proficient English speaker and is highly trained in the creation and development of the national and international connections. She is the person who keeps in touch with the supporting and hosting organisations. On behalf of the kindergartens, qualified kindergarten teachers will work with the volunteers.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
The hosting organisation (the kindergarten) wants to host volunteers who has already some experiences with children!

Tarefas: - Indoor group games with children (vocabulary developing in english, creating dialogue sitautions etc);
- Possibility to take part in the local cultural events (cinema, theatre, concerts);
- supervision of the outdoor playing, rhymes in English, tales and involving in to dancing and moving roles;
- preparing time for english games leaded by the volunteer, gardening with the kids;
- sporting possibility;
- singing and rhymes activities in English;
- advertising Erasmus programs in schools during presentation;
- film club;
- horse riding in the afternoon for the children (accompany horse riding);
- English language conversational club in the American corner;
- uploading photos to the blog and community pages;
- creatuve club;
- the volunteer can work with his/her own project
