Resumo: The hosting organization was founded 2007 as a result of the initiative of youth associations. The organization works in 3 program areas: Program civil society development and inter-sectorcooperation, Volunteer Program VolontirAJMO and Program “Youth Center“. The organization lead a youth center, volunteer center and information center for young people and all interested citizens. We organize many activities, events, workshops, public actions and debates to strengthen the capacity of young people and to promote active citizenship. Also, Zagor have an active role in decision-making processes on regional level.

Mission
- activating, developing and using individual skills of young people in order to find new and effective solutions to social challenges. Developing cross-sectoral cooperation in order to strengthen the capacity of Association in the development of programs and projects and to create a better environment for civil society organizations. Strengthening civil society organizations in order to streng then local communities.

Vision
- encouraging, creating and designing creative thinking and actions to improve the social life.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
the volunteer through his/her creativity will contribute to the local community by participating and carrying out activities that are aimed at encouraging active participation of local society, which leads to the development of amore solidary community.

Tarefas: writing articles, writing creative posts, participating on workshops in high schools and with young people on the subject of the project, participating on volunteer actions, intercultural events,preparation and implementation of language courses, art colony, game night, editing short promotional videos about volunteer service, conducting interviews with youth about various topics.
Participating in traditional activities such as the Fair of associations, which is organized annually and other event.
