Resumo: The main objective we set ourselves is to be an engine of social change to contribute to an open and participatory European citizenship that generates greater social justice and is more respectful of dignity and human rights. The common denominator of all our actions is that we work for and for people so our objectives fit perfectly with those of the European Solidarity Corps.

Among them: Promote interculturality both in our team of professionals and among the users with whom our entity works: a new climate is generated in our work groups, and the cultural enrichment of living with people from other countries and cultures is especially valued. Both the team and the users can interact in another language and are interested in the customs and traditions of other countries.

Develop empathy and social participation: direct contact with European volunteers provides our group of young people with a true example and model to follow: our users know first-hand the experiences of these young people who set their own goals and launch themselves to live their dream of venturing into another country to learn the language and contribute in solidarity to the action plans of our entity.

Promoting European citizenship: the project contributes to preventing and combating prejudices, such as discrimination or xenophobia, because the volunteer will support the work carried out in the entity with different groups and citizens in general, including ethnic minorities.

In addition, the main work of the social entity is to work with people at risk of social exclusion (foreigners, inmates, homeless people, etc.), so volunteers will live in their day to day with this population, which will undoubtedly increase their respect and understand the different types of life or situations of exclusion.

Advise on labor inclusion and support with ICTs: it provides the opportunity to share experiences with other young people who come to here in search of employment, training and learning and improvement of technological skills, as well as to attend language support classes, leisure activities and free time, cultural, etc. with young people from the city as well as from other countries.

Perfil: - To be between 18-30 years old
- To be able to communicate in English (Spanish language will be a plus)
- Background of design and video making
- Knowledge of Photoshop and video editing tools
- Professional photo camera will be a plus

Tarefas: We are looking for an open-minded, creative and motivated person who is passionate about design, taking corporate style photos and creating videos. The volunteer will prepare posters and flyers for different activities of the association. The volunteer will also collaborate with other organizations in social communication advertising. The volunteer will also organize different activities related to social transformation and dynamization. Other tasks that may arise.
