Resumo: For several years, families and associations from the socio-cultural field as well as companies chose to come spend time, attracted by the quality of its welcome and the philosophy behind his project. The values of solidarity, respect, citizen involvement, present at the creation of the organization, as well as the quality of its environment have orientated its project.
The project, enriched over the years, focuses on activities to raise awareness about the nature and promotes an approach to respect and participation in active and responsible ecocivic values. The organization offers to live daily the environmental citizenship; how best to practice sustainable development and to make it concrete. The infrastructure of the organization offers many opportunities in terms of accommodation, catering, as well as in nature activities. Several rooms of various capacities permit meetings, conferences, seminars and various events. The organization is a place of hospitality and accommodation where are organizes classes, internships holiday, seminars, meetings, training, festivities ...
The park is an area of approximately eleven hectares and the buildings have about 1000m2 floor. The organization is frequented by a varied public:
- youth Associations, youth groups, training courses for children,…
- Nurseries, primary and secondary schools and training centres, universities,
- Associations, citizens groups, artists,…
- Families, couples, individuals
- Companies, NGOs, professional companies,…

The team includes :
a manager, assisted by a host team composed of 1 person, an animation team, composed of 5 people with a good command of educational training, is in charge of the activities proposed by the organization when groups ask for it. This team can also assist leaders presented by groups who come to the organization. Moreover the catering provided by a cook and 3 assistants; a maintenance team of 2 people looks after the organization . The organization offers collective and individual rooms. A restaurant, bar and meeting rooms, an auditorium, as well as large areas of relaxation are available to the guests. The organization can accommodate 94 people in simultaneous accommodation. Excluding housing, the organization can host more than 350 people for varied activities.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The first week will be devoted to discovering the twon and the surrounding area. The coordinating organization will be in charge of this first week. This will be done in a goal of passing on of intergenerational and intercultural discovery. The volunteer will have a contact point and a contact person at the coordinating organization, in charge for the courses, entertainment, financial and administrative aspects. In the organization , the manager will be the tutor or the reference person for the work itself and the monitoring of volunteerism in everyday life.

A typical day runs from 10am to 5pm, or 6 hours per day, on average, 5 days per week. A leave of two weeks per semester is planned. The project is recognised by regional authorities.
- Centre for Social tourism approved by the Walloon Region.
- Centre Meetings & Hosting recognized by the French Community
- Grants for the facilitator and coordinator and operating subsidies
- Approval of the Division Nature and Forest and the Walloon Region for training and awareness nature (valid until November 2009).

The organization resolutely is committed as an actor in its region. Its involvement as a partner in various associations and federations demonstrates its willingness to contribute to the promotion of heritage in the region. The dimensions environment or natural heritage include actions relating to the organization, and in which it wishes to get involved: 'Conduct information, education and awareness actions To promote the discovery of nature and heritage. The organization distributes and implements the principles of sustainable development. At the level of the environmental mainstay, the guidelines of the proposed activities and the ecocivic chart provided to each host commit the organization in the right track of Education Relating to the Environment.

The Nature and Heritage activities that take place within the organization affecting young and old people from all background, and proposing to raise awareness, initiate, train and educate for the sake of sustainable development.

Their goals: to go and to meet the nature through the five senses; to generat another look; to arouse wonder; to raise awareness of the richness of the natural environment that surrounds us. This awakening reveals an imaginary allowing us to better understand and to broach the important issue of sustainable development. The volunteer will participate in the activities, carry out with young people and develop tools for citizenship, or teach people to take the time to ask questions and to position itself compared with an own ecological footprint. The volunteer can make a garden, information signs, movies, games, books, events in schools for children aged 3 to 12, in an extra-school framework ...

At the social level, the organization is part of the project named Environment for All, sponsored by the Region, which offers specific activities to raise the awareness of less advantaged people. At the economic level, the organization intends to play a catalytic role in the field of eco-renovation as given evidence by the partnership forged with CLUSTER eco-building.

The volunteer will participate in the project eco-renovation, providing specific animations for young people, developing tools, ... The activities of the volunteer are thus external in the nature, but the volunteer will also develop a project or an editorial work (either on paper or on a computer, for example: information signs..). He will participate in international summer voluntary work camps. The summer workcamp may also be the culmination of EVS. Then there is transmission of information, work, projects, the group animation...
