Resumo: Our coordinating organization was made by people who wants to change own local community. We collected 16 members of our association to act together for us and for people around us - our town and region. Establishing our association was meant for 3 reasons: creation of community center, European Volunteer Service and Volunteer's Centre.

Main aim of our association is increasing local activitism of citizens by enabling them to act as volunteers.
Target groups of the organization are the citizens, people and institutions who want to work on the field of local activitism, mainly volunteering.

We were established in January 2015, but people working there (actually 5 people) have big experience in working in different NGO and local institutions. We are all over 30 years old, having more than 13-20 years experience organizing local and international project in the town, Poland and on international level.
As people working in the organization we were mainly involved in European Volunteer Service and local projects.

From September 2015 we started to host, send and coordinate volunteers as Association. In 2017 we are hosting/coordinating almost 20 EVS what made us one of the biggest EVS organization in Poland.
We are proffessionalist on the field of EVS, that is why we are developing volunteer center and spirit in our town.

In addition, our organization is the only organization in town that deals with intercultural education. Thanks to our foreign volunteers and other international activities we make a great world of hardships to Kwidzyn.
International meetings (presentations for about 50 people per month), workshop themes (Brazil, Uganda etc.) and language workshops we have become a truly international center in our city. We meet close to 100 people every month who participate in our activities.

Perfil: Age: 18-30 years old
Language: English (B1-B2) also welcome with more languages
Willing to work and gain knowledge in non-formal environment;
stand ready to work within a small community;
Creative, independent, responsible, proactive and self-motivated

Tarefas: - helping a teacher with varied educational and caring activities; assisting kids in daily routine;
- taking care and assisting during the curricular and extracurricular classes:
- preparing various didactic materials for classes;
- giving support to the teacher and students in the Adapting to Work classes - pottery, cleaning, gardening, cooking;
- helping in the organization of the out of school activities and events (the scouts, competitions etc.).
