Resumo: The hosting organiza is a small pre-school (kindergarten). Our organization is different because we have one bigger building with 4 groups of children aged 4-7 and a smaller space with 2 groups of children aged 1.5-4. Overall we have around 138 children and 21 teachers (including teachers assistants).
Our main objective is to support all children in a happy and education favorable environment to achive a childs best potential. Values are a part of our every day activities and our pre-schools values spell in estonian as "ARMASTUS" /"LOVE". They include caring, happines, playfulnes, innovation, tolerance, safety, trust and friendship. We use a lot of integrated educational activities, outdoor learning, health education topics, robotics and learning outside of pre-school - going on field trips and to different museums.

Perfil: We are welcoming volunteers who are active, social and enjoy working with kids and adults. In pre-school it is very important to be creative in arts, technology, nature consciousness or music. But due to our work nature above else it is imperative that the volunteer is open minded and wants to learn new things about themselves, others and pre-school education in general
