Resumo: The hosting organization was founded in August 2014 by a group of experts, carrying out activities related to the labor market. These people are: advisor who helps create business plans and raising funds for start / develop business, project coordinator of the Human Capital Operational Programme for entrepreneurs (6.2, 8.1.1., 8.1.2), legal adviser who provides free legal advices for employed and unemployed, coordinator of European Voluntary Service projects, employee of the District Labor Office.
We have been cooperating together so far, but informally in several non-governmental organizations and public institutions. We finally have decided to unite under the banner of one fundation. We promote the development of entrepreneurship, increase employment, improve the level of knowledge about entrepreneurship and the labor market, as well as enhancing the capacity of the ngo sector.
We advise people who want to start a business where they are able to look for funding opportunities and how to write a proper application, we help those people without work experience to get an internship or volunteering, including foreign volunteer service; prepare for job interviews; write and improve the cv; inform entrepreneurs about the opportunities they have to strengthen their activities, for example: thanks to EU subsidies or support from The District Labour Office.
We also provide free legal advices and civic created through FIO project - "Silesia Locally", which continues to function, even in spite of the end of the project's implementation period . We support among others: non-governmental organizations through trainings in raising funds for the operations and legal advices in the field of the establishment of the organization, as well as the problems encountered during this process.
Perfil: Age: 18-30
Tarefas: I) Promotion, development and dissemination entrepreneurial attitudes:
1) Creation together with the organization and carrying out Entrepreneurial Point:
– preparation for the job interview – simulation of the interview / sample questions
– conducting CV writing workshops – promoting the CV version in Europass
– conducting motivational letters writing workshops
– conducting Visualize your future activities
– motivation and the art of achieving goals Workshops at the movie basis : “The Social Network” or “Jerry Maguire” – movie and lecture.
– conducting body language during the interview trainings
– conducting workshops on self-presentation and public speeches
– conducting negotiation and argumentation workshops
– conducting workshops on effective communication

2) Dissemination and promotion volunteering
– meetings with school youth,students and alumni as a way of acquiring work experience and improve their employability
– providing workshops, presentations, lectures and social campaigns;
– organizing special actions together with other volunteers connected with promotion volunteering and European values (special videos for Europe Day,presentations about volunteering in frame of ESC Programme etc.)

3) Promote entrepreneurial attitudes
Activities predicted for school children,students and adults – social activities like organizing events,implementation small-projects. Examples:
a) „Entrepreneurship from kindergarten” – classes, workshops dedicated to pre-school children (visit to local kindergartens or organize a workshop in a rented room)
– learning about different professions (eg grouping by pictures)
– saving activities: money, water, electricity (eg Concept map)
– We get to know the money: coins and banknotes
– Artistic competitions: who I want to become as I grow up
– Theme party “Shop” – shop corner, division into roles, paper money
– Fun “Truth and falsehood” (advertising, promotion, price cuts in stores)
– Mini quiz of economic knowledge (what is work? What is money? What does it mean to buy / sell? Etc.)

4) Promotion, development and dissemination of active social and professional integration through the exchange of good practices from volunteer’s home country
5) PR and promotion activities
– creating / updating a database of current volunteering projects, youth exchanges, aborad trainings, internship projects, volunteering / co-financing for own business in the area/ neighborhood for presentation;
– promoting available positions at our Volunteering projects or Youth Eaxhanges by available methods and channels;
– preparing databases;
– contacting partner organisations and interested in projects candidates.
6) teaching English and your native language local inhabistants.
7) Office work
– help in document archiving;
– operation of scanner, photocopier and printer equipment in office;
– help in documents preperation according to project requirements;
– management of the Blog and social media, writing articles;
– editing photos and videos according to project requirements;
II) Promotion of European Union and European Solidarity Corps Programme:
1) Organisation of meetings with local youth where will be presented goals and principles of ESC Programme and encouraging youth to take part in projects realised by the ESC and Erasmus+ Programme, in particular in volunteering projects;
2) Promotion of the ESC and Erasmus+ Programme among the non-governmental organizations form the region,which are interested in hosting volunteers from abroad or in taking part in other propositions supported by the EU;
3) Promotion of common activities and programmes, supported by EU others than Erasmus+ and ESC Programmes;
4) The promotion of EU and one’s own country by organizing different workshops, conferences,exhibitions,meetings with youth etc;

Condições: We provide accommodation for each participant in a flat shared by two people of the same sex. The flat includes a kitchen, a bathroom and two rooms. The volunteer will have his/her own room. Everything needed can be found in each flat.
An amount of food money is 100 EUR/1 month
An amount of pocket money is 120 EUR / 1 month
