Resumo: According to our mission statement, the hosting organization is highly committed to offering high quality international education to assist the progress of regional potential into global value. The hosting organization is the Open Gate towards the World, the nest where we cultivate knowledgeable students, international spirit and personalities of global leaders. Our main objective is to support the potential of children and young people in the north-western part of our country to become successful in life as valuable grown ups and as professionals too. Within the last 6 years, we have been supporting the cultural initiatives among youngsters & teachers alike, at national, regional and international levels.

Our activities encompass a wide range of educational activities in partnership with primary, secondary and superior schools, through which we have been promoting our culture within the international context. We have been bringing our contribution to promoting foreign cultures and civilisations into the Romanian society, by means of developing the social, cultural and economic relations between people, organisations and institutions in Romania and also through international cooperation in the fields of education, youth and culture.

The hosting organization has a solid network of partners, both at local level - school units, authorities, public institutions, companies - but also internationally, The British Council, Nevers Ville, Steinfurt County, ngos, active in 15 European countries, Great Britain & USA.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Volunteers need to be interested in learning & personal development, enjoy working with kids & youth, be open & tolerant to other cultures. Flexibility is required, as they'll work in a multicultural environment in an international team. Being responsible, positive, energetic, communicative & a basic level of English is desirable to ease communication during project activities & within the international project team of staff & volunteers

Towards the end of their service, following regular discussions on the learning achievements with their mentor, participants are fully supported to receive the YouthPass & ESC Diploma. The hosting organization, through the project coordinator, is in charge with this process.

The hosting organization: public events & 'Closing Ceremony', to disseminate service results, award Certificates, Diplomas for partners, certificates for mentors, participants in project activities, thanking stakeholders & community representatives for their support & contribution to HH4EU success.
