Resumo: The organization was founded in 2007 and is supported by the governmental organization "Office Luxembourgeois de l’Accueil et de l’Intégration” (OLAI) which coordinates the integration policy towards the immigrant communities in Luxembourg.
The Organization works actively with several Luxembourgish associations and migrant federations aiming to create intercultural links within the associations and to support them in realizing their projects. The association intents on the one hand to elaborate new projects and on the other hand to develop already existing concepts for the implementation of intercultural projects between associations/organisations uniting people from different national (Luxembourgish and non-Luxembourgish) backgrounds.
The association’s work is managed by permanent employees and the association members who work on a voluntary basis.

Some of our activities:
- Collaboration with the OLAI within the framework of its pilot project capacity buildin
- Promotion of the activities done by member associations using the web page, the monthly newsletter, the radio program, the Facebook pages, etc…
- Organisation of multicultural projects
- Organisation of creative workshops related to different cultures
- Cooperation in the implementation of the future national action plan integration and fight against discriminations

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Interest in intercultural issues and the fight against discrimination; taste for cinema, Internet, social networks and media; skills in graphic design, video editing.

Tarefas: - Accompaniment of young people in a project on discrimination
- Production and editing of videos
- Production of multimedia content for the website and social networks
- Management of the communication of members and projects
- Creation of flyers and other communication tools
- Follow-up of press relations

Condições: The association provides accommodation for the volunteer in a room in Luxembourg City. The team accompanies the volunteer in his mission and a tutor appointed by the association helps him to better integrate into the country. The volunteer has the possibility to follow courses in Luxembourgish, French or German if he/she wishes.
