Resumo: The hosting organization is an educational centre offering around 100 educational and leisure time activities. We mainly focus on children from 1 to 18 years of age, but also offer activities to other age groups. We are a governmental educational institution and are co-financed from public funds.

We offer regular courses that children attend from September to June, for example creative and crafting courses, sports (e.g. dancing, twirling, badminton, taekwondo), environmental and science clubs (e.g. robotics), media and pc courses (e.g. Minecraft workshops), digital photography, baby club and many more. On top of that we also organize various community events, weekend stays and summer camps for children and youngsters.

Our targets are:
- to offer quality, meaningful after-school activities using non-formal education methods to children
- to offer development and leisure time activities for adults and senior citizens
- to be a centre of community life where all generations meet

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We would like to find a communicative and motivated person who likes to work with children, youngsters and people in generally. Clear criminal record is a must. Applicants with fewer opportunities are welcome, but kindly communicate your special need with us in advance. Thank you :-)

Tarefas: The project aims at triggering volunteering in the youngsters and the community. This includes the development of motiovation for volunteering, strengthening the positive image of volunteering and the international programmes such as Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps.
We would like to welcome volunteers who will actively work on teaching the youngsters about volunteering influencing their attitudes and motivation to follow them.
Together with the youngsters, the volunteers will help to organize community events and seminars.
The volunteers will also work on developing a volunteering platform in the hosting organisation, networking and communicating the project.

Condições: Accommodation will be provided in single bedroom, other facilities (kitchen, living-room, bathroom) will be shared with another volunteer. Pocket money of 5 euro/day and meal allowance will be provided. We will pay for the transportation to the Czech Republic up to 275 euro (return journey). Green travel is preferred.
