Resumo: The hosting organization is a youth association funded in 2016 and based in Italy.

Stating that we are all equal in creativity, the organization aims to provide youngsters with the possibility to live in a rich intercultural and creative environment where to exchange opinions and develop new ideas.
In order to reach these goals the association organizes local and international, cultural and intercultural activities in the area of Faenza, with a focus on creativity, intercultural dialogue, self-development and communication.
We believe that creativity can be applied to every aspect of life and that it can channel diversity into human brotherhood by establishing a common ground through different people and cultures. Similarly, language can be a powerful mean to positive communication instead of a barrier.

Our target groups are young people between 14 and 30 years old, and youth workers of any age. We work with high schools, we cooperate with other associations on the territory in order to promote youth mobility opportunities among young people in the area of Faenza (Ravenna).

Our regular activities are school trips (especially abroad) organized for local highschools; international volunteering; international internships; summer camps; school workshops; training for youth workers.

Perfil: Residents in EU countries, between 18 and 30 years old. Open minded, outgoing, positive, independent, willing to learn and share, to propose ideas and develop personally and professionally. We select our participants according to motivation, not previous experiences, and it is not even necessary to speak Italian or English to participate in our projects, we welcome anyone who is willing to get out of her/his comfort zone and spend 1 year in our intercultural environment!

Tarefas: volunteers will support the organization by working in international projects, promoting European opportunities, managing the blog and social media, developing personal projects, hosting intercultural aperitifs, supporting operators during courses with asylum seekers and afterschool activities.

Horário: 30 working hours per week, Monday to Friday, including reflection time and time to learn Italian!
