Resumo: The hosting organization has a wide range of target groups in the society, such as people who are in poverty, children, women, disabled persons, old-aged persons and the Roma people. Over 250 staff is working at the local level of the Directorate. We work on implementation and monitoring with our partners including other governmental and non-governmental institutions and mechanisms in the field of social policy and anti-discrimination in order to strengthen the link between employment, education and social inclusion policies to facilitate the integration of disadvantaged persons. We support any activities regarding social assistance, ease integration of disabled persons and young people to the economic and social life.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: -Support to support the social adaptation processes of our children in care and measures,
-To organize learning games and social inclusion activities for our children with our wishes,
-To ensure the integration of children and local talks through their activities,
-To provide lifelong learning and development skills and discounts to our children with the support of our volunteers.
- With the support of our volunteers, to increase the solidarity and support structure and variety in our After Care Guidance Unit with young people,
-With the support of our volunteer socials, the research we carry out to raise the target audience as psycho-, cognitive and emotionally healthy individuals,
-With the support of our volunteers, to be able to implement sympathy mini workshop programs in order for our target audience to develop empathy,
- Organizing activities for spending time with our target audience with the support of our volunteers, ensuring that the bonds between our target audience and us employees are strengthened,
-With the support of our volunteers, to develop the social communication skills of our target audience, to organize various social and cultural activities that are aware of their interests and abilities,
-With the support of our volunteers, to inform our target audience on their personal development journey, to reveal their potential, to mediate them to be a more useful individual;
- With the support of our volunteers, it is known that the basis of a healthy society is through communication and to organize activities that improve the companionship skills among the target group.
