Resumo: The hosting organization is a nongovernmental organisation founded in 2011. The placement of our activities are directly connected to our local target groups. This district is known in the city due to its high unemployment rate and high rate of families dependent on the social welfare system, profiling a population with a low standard of living. Furthermore, many of the newcomers for the last ten years have been placed in our district.
Creating a high multicultural region, increases certain difficulties related to social integration of new families. Many of the youngsters here are early school-leavers or do not reach high education stages after mandatory studies. We also would like to add that, although for the last years left-wing parties have got a clear presence in the government, Marzahn-Hellerdorf has been known as one of the main right-wing supporters in the capital of Germany.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: This project combines the administrative centre of our organization and activities on local events as well as on international cooperation. In here we develop and implement local, national and international Erasmus+ projects in the field of non-formal and informal education, cooperation, music or urban youth culture. A side assignment is also to support daily tasks in the office and the projects which we implement. If you have knowledge of art design, web design or others, you can use your abilities with our and our project website, flyers video or audio production for our projects
