Resumo: We promote the idea of volunteering, implementing projects to activate local communities and aimed a
changing the perception of volunteering from social assistance activities into an informed citizen attitude. We are the only organization of this kind and the only organization supporting volunteering in the regional area.

We are one of the largest volunteer centers in Poland and the largest in the region. Working with volunteers is our daily work. We are the main organization in Gdańsk that deals with mediation between public institutions and non-governmental organizations, and volunteers. We develop many projects that are aimed at improving this cooperation, as well as reaching an increasing group of people of different ages and activating the local community.

In addition to running a volunteer agency, we also deal with projects such as action volunteering supporting various types of events, school volunteering, activation of seniors or employee volunteering. We work with volunteers of all ages with different professional and social status, also with migrants.
Foreign volunteering recently became one of the key-points of our development. We received accreditation for hosting/sending/corrdinating in 2018.
