Resumo: The Fundación Colombia Nuevos Horizontes, works in the defense and reinstatement of the human rights violated in the context of violence. works with migrant population, children, youth and adolescents, women, men, mothers head of the family, pregnant mothers.
The foundation develops its mission through the activation of routes of attention to its beneficiaries, both in the social perspective (accommodation, food, clothing and work) and psychosocial (accompaniment of social workers and psychologists) seeking individual-group empowerment and promoting processes reconstruction of life projects.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Volunteering is based on a willingness to serve. Collaborate and have a sense of belonging,
getting involved in every process you do, taking into account that your good performance
it will guarantee that hundreds of people improve their quality of life. Therefore, the volunteer must
love what he does and do things very well.
To be able to volunteer in our organization, the volunteer must:

2. To have the necessary skills to perform tasks for which you are applying or being entrusted.
3. To have the time necessary to fully comply with the tasks assigned to them and that were accepted in a consensual manner according to their abilities, skills and abilities, without expecting any financial remuneration.
4. To have the ability to work as a team, always ready to receive recommendations or calls for attention, but also respectfully making their observations so that all processes have the expected result.
5. Ability to adapt.
6. To have social security, which allows me to cover any eventuality where their health or physical integrity is affected.

Tarefas: For the Fundación Colombia Nuevos Horizontes, the volunteer has the opportunity to carry out different activities, according to their disposition, educational level or work experience.

** Jobs and Trades
- Paint, build, fix, clean a space, do manual work, etc.

** Writing, editing and translation
- to write letters, trades or communications to get help
- To edit materials about what we do, translate into another language, website, communications, presentations, projects.

** Design and communication
- To design printed communications, catalogs or presentations of the organization.
- To take pictures of our daily activity
- To make videos that support the presentation to other organizations to seek support or simply to document the processes that are carried out in the organization.
- To design, improve or update the organization's website.
- To design campaigns for radio or television, aimed at seeking economic resources, food, clothing or recruiting new volunteers

** Research, training and preparation
- To research on issues related to the mission of the organization, in such a way that this allows them to establish work plans and help the missionary object to be fulfilled in the best way.
- To offer training or preparation in an organizational process, according to their knowledge and experiences.

**Consultancy
- To advise in an organizational process
- To support the development or management of a project or activity in particular.

** Coordination and facilitation
- To coordinate, organize, plan, execute an event, where logistical support and group work are required.
- To take advantage of their contacts to generate alliances that can strengthen and give continuity to institutional projects and achieve compliance with the corporate purpose, which guarantees not only greater coverage, but also quality in our services.
