Resumo: The hosting organization is an apolitical NGO, aimed to inform the citizens about the actions of the European Union and spread the European cultures. We organize many types of events. The public can find in our premises an information and documentation centre. We are developing a specific project to facilitate mobility through the ESC, a part of it is dedicated to young people from disadvantaged areas.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
An active, curious and open-minded volunteer, interested in France and French language (a basic French knowledge would be considered a plus). Be motivated to work with volunteers, about the European Union and Europe in general.

Tarefas: - Organization&animation of workshops/events on different themes linked to Europe and the EU and creation of related tools
- To guide a group of volunteers in the intercultural events’ organization
- Front office activity to inform the general public and about ESC
- To contribute to the mobility project
- To help us to find new partners for our events or our projects.
- Help in animating our social
- Organization of Europe Day
- Work with the volunteers of the region as part of the Regional Mobility Platform

Condições: The accommodation will be provided for the volunteer, a single room in a private house or in a shared apartment. Volunteers receive pocket money, a food allowance and all costs associated with the mission (public transportation, bike...) will be covered.
Travel costs will be covered. The tickets can be bought by the sending organization or by the volunteer, who will send the reimbursement after presenting the original tickets upon arrival.
